The visual depictions on this site are not covered by the record-keeping requirements of 18 USC 2257 and are exempt because of one or more of the following reasons:

1. the matter contains only visual depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct
2. the matter contains depictions that are cartoons or artist's renderings
3. the web site is a provider of a web-hosting service, and/or
4. the web site is a provider of a remote computing service, such as a BBS, TGP or MGP and does not and reasonably cannot manage the content provided.
